Kicker

A universal Kick client in the glossy iOS 6 look, dark like Kick by default. Live streams with the chat, past broadcasts with the chat replay, clips, categories, search and favourites. No account needed: everything it shows is public. Kick's servers speak only today's TLS and serve their pictures as WebP, so the app carries its own TLS stack and WebP decoder.

• Live channels (most watched, by category, by language), categories, search
• Player with quality choice, full screen, chat beside or under the video, sound in the background, lock-screen controls
• Live chat (read only) with badges, Kick and 7TV emotes, replies, subscriptions, gifts, hosts, moderation
• Channel pages: past broadcasts and clips by period; favourites kept on the device
• Past broadcasts with seeking, resume and the chat replay
• Dark and light theme, English and Czech

• Tested on an iPad 2 with iOS 6.1.3; the iPhone layout has not been tried on a real iPhone yet
• Not affiliated with Kick

• Links in the chat, in the channel bio and in titles are tappable, and the channel page lists the channel's social links; Kick links open in Kicker, links to YouTube, Twitch and TikTok in the sister apps when they are installed
• On iOS 6 other links offer Safari or Surfari; newer iOS opens Safari at once
• The iOS 6 package is offered on iOS 6.x only (64-bit devices with iOS 15 and newer use the arm64 package)
